Free groups are a once a month 5-7 day challenge for women looking to get started on their journey but wanting to start small. The challenges change every month.

When you are ready to fully commit to your healthy lifestyle you will then join our challenge group that runs all year and you are welcome to participle as long as you are a member of the Bliss Babes community! In the challenge group you will get to pick the program that best fits your needs and lifestyle. You will also get a meal plan and lots of recipes to help you to try new foods and meals. There are also family friendly workouts and recipes. We will also give you ideas of books and podcasts that we like to help you gain confidence and work on a positive mindset. This is an amazing group of like minded women and a no judgement place to share your snuggles and wins along the way.
